She's the sweetest, a nice little Puerto Rican lady with a kind heart and a strong motherly instinct. Rio always shares her food with Harmony and they always talk. Rio has this habit of talking about her son, Miles. She always shows Harmony pictures of him and she talks about how sweet, smart, and hard working he is.
