Grace has cystic fibrosis, and is fighting to survive. Maya has a big secret though.

Cassidy Hollingsworth is the sister of Miles Hollingsworth, Hunter Hollingsworth, and Frankie Hollingsworth. Cassidy and Zig have been friends for long time but as boyfriend and girlfriend they have to find a way to stop fighting before something happens. Will they truly love each other.
