This story is based in the universe of the American Police Drama, 'The Rookie', during (at the time of production) later in Season 8 (episode 2+) following the main narrative of the fandom based couple 'Chenford' starring Sergeant Lucy Chen and Sergeant Tim Bradford. As the Mid-Wilshire station is already hotwired with action packed drama and thickening plot lines, there is another anchor dropped onto the station, a new rookie. As a member of the Field Training Officer Program, Tim Bradford reluctantly agrees to Field Train this new Rookie. However, for this new rookie, he is going to experience the crazy adventures perceived through the Mid-Wilshire division of the Los Angeles Police Department. After getting into a heated scuffle with a biker gang during his training, Tim believes he should be transferred to the Night Shift, under the training of recently promoted, Sergeant Lucy Chen. Will he survive? Will he fail? Will he strive?

Tim and Lucy are still together, and they never broke up. They start training two rookies and what happens when the rookies find out? How will Tim and Lucy separate work life from home life?

When Gianna got to the academy she met her best friends. Lucy Chen, Jackson west and John Nolan. The four of them were inseparable from the day that they met. After Gianna graduated from the academy. She got accepted to the LAPD mid-wilshire patrol division station. She took the officer since she knew the watch commander was sergeant Wade Gray. The sergeant who found her parents killer. Plus gray and his wife Luna would always check in on the girl to see how she was doing. When Gianna meets her new train officer Tim Bradford. She starts to fall in love with him but she won't admit it. When Tim Bradford also falls in love with his rookie Gianna Sanchez. But he won't admit it either.
