Mine was "Lance watched him go for a second, then followed him out into the main part of the base." Then I had seven minutes to write a story with that line as the first line. I'm not sure if I want to continue this, but I think it's a good short story! It's about a teenager named Lance who got sent to military school for stealing. During his orientation he encounters a man who is so muscly and big, Lance nicknames him "Hulk". I hope you enjoy!

This story is my own personal memoir of my time in a juvenile military boot camp. The setting takes place in mid September at the boot camp and I had been in there for 3 months. The people in the memoir all of their names are real. I thought about changing their names but I didn't because I felt like the story wouldn't be true. I hope y'all enjoy!
