"Sir! Sir!" The chanting of reporters surrounded him. The flashing lights would have blinded him, if so he wasn't used to it. The security trying their best to hold the swarm of camera men from entering the house. "Everybody inside!" he ordered to his family who was cowering behind him, mothers cradling their crying babies and men shielding their family from the blinding light. Raamiz walked towards the stage holding a microphone in his hand, given by Omar. he cleared his throat twice and gestured the crowd to remain silent. "Sir! Are the rumors true? Has your future daughter-in-law run away from her own wedding?" A daring reporter asked. Raamiz looked at the reporter straight in the eye, "No" he said. "The rumors that you people have been making are not true, my daughter-in-law is right here and is currently getting ready for her marriage." There was muttering coming from behind him. Confusion acknowledge the faces of his family members as he spoke. "What is her name?" The very same reporter asked without any change in his voice almost seeming that he was not affected by the glare Raamiz sent his way but a little twitch in his lips gave him away and this made Raamiz smile. "My daughter-in-law is-" he looked around him desperately searching for a familiar face. His eyes caught a purple figure in the corner, "Alisha! My daughter-in-laws names Alisha Rizwan" The reporters satisfied with his answer, started scripting their non-sense in their book of lies. Raamiz looked at Alisha, who had turned pale and white, reflecting the color of her dress. Gasps could be heard from behind him. "I hope you all are contended with me, I plead you all to leave from here and let our family enjoy ourselves" Raamiz said. The reporters gave faint nods as they got ready to leave. Raamiz turned around and started walking towards his demented family. "Yah Rubb help me!"
