elva was born around 1995 which mean she was only 13 at the time of her death 2007, she's a mix of japan/russian who move to america at 10 reason she went to hell, pushing a friend off the balcony at 12 because of a conflict cause of death: was killed and eaten by a black bear, mistaken as a baby deer, since black bear and other canines(hyena, bobcat, etc) are known to eating the most fawns, so she was turn to one in hell (warning: a little platonic yandere-ish)

I wanted to make this more original, so I decided that Charlie was not going to remind Alastor of his mother, but of his SISTER. You probably see where I'm going with this. Y/N is a sinner who been in hell for years but wasn't bad when he was alive, his life changed when he met the princess of hell Charlie, she wanted him to be his first guest in her hotel to be rehabilitated, although he doesn't believe at first, he wanted see the person he only love and cared who is his mother so he agreed, it surprised that he already trusting with the staff, especially Vaggie, but then things getting suspicious between Charlie and the only one..the radio demon himself Alastor...this will be something that going to changed Vaggie life forever...unless there is someone there for her.
