Min-soo Stories

She is Min-Soo's sister. She is a girl you didn't want to cross, especially when her family is threatened. Mei-Lee was at the tender age of three when her parents died, leaving her alone with her only brother. That same brother, Min-Soo, was taken in by a palace servant to be trained as one who serves the Emperor. Mei-Lee, on the other hand, was left out on her own due to her warrior-like state of mind. Instead, her fiery attitude and will to fight caught the attention of General Yu-Hon, who decided to train her to become a worthy soldier. Just and courageous, Mei-Lee is greatly admired by many of the other soldiers. Now sixteen, she is a master swordsman and Soo-Won's personal guard. She accompanies him to visit his cousin Yona's birthday celebration, but is unaware of his ulterior motives. Many things will change on that fateful night, and Mei-Lee's life is suddenly turned on its side. Now, the feared "Saber Wolf" is out for revenge, and she won't stop until the day is won.

Princess Yona's birthday was the day everything changed. The day Soo-Won killed emperor Il and I helped. Yona, the girl who hated me because I was too close to 'her' Soo-Won. Then there was my older brother, Hak, who was jealous of me because I was stronger than him. But, even though I never got along with those two, I still loved them both. I sided with Soo-Won because of the Wind Tribe. Since I'm the leader, I have to think about more than just two people. It's not just the Wind Tribe, the whole country is slowly falling apart. The Fire Tribe people's are dying because of their leader not trying to help them with water and food. The Earth Tribe leader is always in his estate, ignoring his people. The Water Tribe is also ignoring their people. The Wind Tribe is trying their best, but if we can't use weapons, then we might as well just hang ourselves and let the other countries take over. And finally, there's the Sky Tribe... nobody really knows what's going on there. However, Lord Soo-Won is planing to kill the king and he asked me to help. So, this is the story of me betraying my older brother, my grandfather, my tribe, my king, the princess, and so many others. I just hope that maybe one day my family will understand why I did what I did...

Lee Min-Soo has lived very happily in Chicago for the past 15 years after moving away from South Korea when she was 2. Granted she still gets sad when she thinks about her Mum and how she hardly knew her before she died, but she still has her dad there for her who has done everything he can to make sure she is happy, safe and healthy. Min-Soo continues to think that she will probably live in America for the most part of her life, unless she wants to go travelling at one point, that is untill her dad drops a bomb shell on her 2 weeks before she goes into 11th grade and her life is changed forever.
