Mindful Stories

Have you seen the movie "What the Bleep"? There is a great scene in that movie where the body-hating star breaks through to loving her body. She starts to draw hearts and love messages all over herself and relaxes into appreciation instead of loathing. We're taught a lot of things to do to our bodies. Work it, sculpt it, starve it, push it, train it, discipline it. Most of them are not pleasant. What about loving it? What if we treated our bodies with love and tenderness? Okay, it sounds a little sappy, I know. But really think about the idea for a moment. WHAT IF you made a decision to treat your body with the ultimate in kindness?

The condition of this world .. Filled with chaos You can feel it, you are conscious But how do you cope? How did you overcome it? How do you save the earth? Many do not care Yet, To make ends meet against all odds

These thoughts are meant to be written down. Whether these words are meant to be read depends on you. I don't know if this is poetry or just a waste of time, but the thought of someone reading this and thinking a little differently about life cheers me up.

This book is covered with little stories and meaningful words that are meant to inspire. You can relax, laugh, cry, and feel alot because there is so much to see in this book.

A collection of my thoughts. Many different musings from different topics of what I think about and float around in my head. I also like to hear other people's outlooks on life and stuff.

Basically, this is my mind and how I process things. There's little poetry snippets, there's mini journal segments. It's happy, it's sad it's everything in between. You're under no obligation to read (obviously), but maybe. This will make you feel a little less alone or a little less like you're the only one. Every one is important and everyone is loved.

If you haven't yet, I've written a book "Road To Minimalism". It's all about starting a journey to minimalism and I hope you can relate to that. I wrote this book, "Minimalism Online" to adapt on our current lifestyle. We are always (if not almost always) online. What do we actually do? We just scroll mindlessly and the next thing we realized, an hour or two passed. Minimalism is not just about material things, it's an idea, a mindset and trust me, we can be hoarders of apps and information that we really do not need.
