Kairi Hoshino Torres is a wonderful and amazing girl who just turned 16 years old. Kairi live with her parents in USA. Everything in Kairi's life was going well, that is until it wasn't? Kairi's life was completely shattered into pieces as her life fell apart right from under her. She lost both of her parents to a bomb attack that happened at a federal agency building that her parents worked at. Sadly her parents didn't survive from the attack. Kairi was heartbroken. It was only after a few weeks when she turned 16. This was the worst day of her life not only did she lose her parents, but not she has to pack up and move back to her mom's home country in South Korea. It wasn't that she was sad about moving in with her grandparents. She was actually looking forward to moving in with them as she gets to know and learn more about her mom and how she was like before she met her dad. The only reason Kairi was sad was that she had to say goodbye to her old home and friends. This was gonna be hard for Kairi moving to a whole new country and new school is hard, but what was worse was that she was in pain and sorrow for the loss of her parents. So it's gonna be hard to put on a bright and happy face for everyone in her new school K.I.S.S. So what Kairi tries to do is to pretend like nothing happened and that everything is alright. So she puts on a brave face for everyone trying to act happy. But what will happen when Kairi gets mixed up in some drama with her new best friend Kitty. To find out their mothers went to K.I.S.S together along with Yuri's mother as well. Plus what happens when an egotistical and arrogant rich playboy named Minho finds out Kairi's secret? Will they both get along with each other or will one of them fall for another? Also what would Kitty think about this? Finding out her best friend had a tragic story before coming to K.I.S.S and told Minho instead of her. When Kitty knows Kairi didn't like Minho at first! (Minho x Kairi)

Training to become a runner and having flashback of a mysterious place, when a man who's name was Thomas came out of the box, life in the glade changes drastically and they might even find a way to escape.
