We wrote this fanfiction for Team Fortress 2's birthday. It's the story about two couples, a cold morning and an extraordinay event.

The man stands, a scythe slung over his shoulder, his black jacket shimmers in moon light. Blood drips from his body, sights flash, he turns twisted and mangled, scythe over his shoulder then sticking out of his middle. The dream disappears, and a girl wakes, shaking.

So far, Lily's thoughts on her new boarding school are that it's probably been the sight of several murders. But the only entrance fee is having a good score on the entrance exam, so Zentonl Academy is exactly where she needs to be. It's a bit of a jump, moving halfway across the country, but it's ultimately for the best. ... "Is the library usually empty? How come the teachers disappear after hours? Why is breaking the no wandering off rule worthy of expulsion?" ... "You may be right about this place. But knock on enough doors and sooner or later, someone is going to answer." --- Or; Lily moves halfway across the country to attend an isolated boarding school, Zentonl Academy. She doesn't know why everyone in the school is so strange, or what the deal with her roommate is, but she's dettermind to find out.
