A young girl, Dewi Sukayna, was forced to leave homeland after the incident of violence befalling her village. She and her grandmother then lived in a flat provided by the provincial government. For several months she lived there until her grandmother died. A neighbor then offered her a job in another city, tens of miles from where she is now. A new life began, which she had never imagined would be in a situation that required her to live a life completely different from before.

In the country claimed to be a successful utopia, there are two sides of the spectrum when it comes to how the society is viewed. To the man who was handed leadership over the country, it is everything he and his mentor wanted it to be. To the young woman leading the rebellion against him, there isn't enough done about the majority viewing every minority as less than human. All he wants is to contain mental illness and keep peace among the citizens. All she wants is to be able to live freely without the fear of being captured dictating her every move. He has every medical professional and ignorant civilian on his side. What he doesn't know, though, is that she has an entire underground society helping her fight against him.
