The timeline takes place one year before the Calamity, though I will incorporate a few creative elements that aren't necessarily linked to the actual timeline. This is part 2 of my fanfic series, so If you haven't read the prequel of this story "Botw Reimagined: The Past", I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. Any feedback is appreciated, as well. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.

My first Fic! I wish I owned botw, but sadly I do not. Papa nintendo owns all LoZ titles. This story is set in an AU where Zelda seals ganon away, and the blights are disintegrated. But it would hardly be a story if I gave away everything in the summary! read to find out.
