Mirabel Madrigal a 15 year old girl who has gone through so much, she's been abandoned ever since she didn't get a gift. She's gone through so much, she was ignored, neglected and blamed for problems that she didn't even do and constantly reminded of that day. She goes through a sudden change, she grows another emotion. She grows more childish and finds company in younger children as she feels as if she's just like them. She didn't know where it came from, could it have been the loneliness eating at her? Or could it be Casita who wanted everyone to have a different insight?

Once a girl who was always overshadowed by her family, now a confident and talented setter. Mirabel never thought she'd see her family, with the lack of internet and the fact that the Encanto and London were miles and miles away from eachother, she's grown to accept that. So when she was set aside to the principals office, she didn't expect a family reunion.

"Casita? But I thought I left you behind?" Mirabel said, voice wavering. Casita waved at its favorite resident and Mirabel couldn't stop the tears that started to finally fall out of her eyes. "I am sorry! I promise to never leave you again! I swear!" Mirabel cried. Mirabel walked inside Casita and saw that everything was the same. Well except for the missing family members and their doors. --- Mirabel is fed up with life at home and decides to be selfish for once. Imagine her surprise when she is granted a new miracle. One that she has been longing for. Runaway AU with a twist.

Mirabel is having trouble with all the disrespect her town has been giving her. She just wants to live a normal life! But without a gift, she's a misfit. She decides to take a nap so she can get her mind of her problems... but it gives her new problems. Will she survive through the horrors of Nevermore Academy? Can she go home? A musician with her difficulties and desire to puzzle the pieces and a tinker who just wants peace for the person they hold dear, they struggled to find their home that is Encanto, a town that surrounded itself in the protection of tall mountains and the gifts that came with it.
