While finding Mysterious at an old rundown warehouse, Spider-Tsundere was attacked by an unknown robot that didn't belong to Mysterious. The mad scientist explains that he's on a quest to conquer both worlds. His new partner is waiting for him back in the other dimension. Spider-Tsundere chases Mysterious into that other dimension, where she meets the Superhero Girls. Will they become friends? or will they become Rivals and Foes? All you have to know is... They'll have to team up to stop Mysterious and his unknown partner or else both their dimensions are doomed.

Isabelle Parker has evolved over the last year. Since she became the new Kid Arachnid: Spider-Tsundere, she defeated Mayura with the help of other spiders in the multiverse, and saved her city from the Goblin Twins, 2 worlds from the shadow invasion, and saved Paris from its darkest hour. Now its time for a new challenge in her life. After chasing her villains to another dimension, she meets the spider hero Star Spider and her team called the Web Warriors. Where she meets the Ultimate Spider-Man and the others. Though secretly... outside of the multiverse... an evil spider name Genocide Spider is creating an army of evil spiders to collect fragments of Peter Parker... AKA the Wolf Spider, so they can conquer the spider-verse. And its up to Spider-Tsundere, Star Spider and Spider-Man to stop Genocide Spider and her partner Thorn Spider before they can ressurect Wolf Spider and destroy the multiverse.

She was the start of the new generation of Miraculous Superheroes. She helps out with some heroes, and became friends with two successors of Bunnix and Ryuko. Lea Thompson AKA Time Thumper and Macy Monroe AKA Arashi. Spider-Tsundere and her new friends will also be facing an old adversary of Ladybug's and she has become dangerous then she was before. Can Spider-Tsundere, Time Thumber and Arashi stop her before she dooms all of Paris, and will the 3 heroines learn something about themselves? All will be answered.
