As the title specifies, this series of one shots consists of stories about the one and only frustrating love square. An emotional rollercoaster of fluff, angst, sin and more with our favorite blonde and bluenette. Most if not all one shots are inspired by a song, which will be included at the top of the chapter for you to listen to as you read along with the story, allowing you to experience the inspiration I felt while writing.

***SEASON 4 SPOILERS*** From the TV series 'Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir', this story is a post season 4 finale storyline where Marinette is too preoccupied with her responsibilities as Ladybug and her frequent nightmares about Cat Blanc's return to even focus on a relationship with Adrien. Adrien is still upset with Ladybug for keeping secrets from him and is worried about Marinette for acting strangely around him, more so than usual. In a turn of events, Marinette finds comfort in Cat Noir in her civilian form, and Cat Noir starts to see his "just a friend" as something more.... While this story is mostly about Marichat, I want to incorporate plotlines with other ships in the love square, other character interactions, and maybe even a plot about what Gabriel has been up to! Unlike most Marichat fanfics, I'm trying to write this story as realistically as possible based on how the characters are canonically portrayed in the show. There may be some surprise fan-favorite classic tropes between Marichat, but only if it feels like it could realistically be in the show assuming the characters followed this storyline after season 4. But worry not for outside of the classic tropes, there is still plenty of romance and chemistry! Keep in mind that these characters are minors, so I will not write them to have overly sexualized interactions. If that's what you're looking for, find another story. As of now I've only written 7 chapters, but I promise more will come soon! For what I have in store, readers can expect to have up to 20 parts in this story once completed!

Adrien Agreste's demanding schedule frequently makes it difficult for him to escape and hang out with his friends. The solution? Hang out as Chat Noir. The only problem? His small friend group didn't know he was Chat Noir. Nino wouldn't be able to keep cool, calm, and collected. Let alone Alya. Chloe worshipped Ladybug, but was a little resentful of Chat Noir... Besides he didn't really want to hang out with her. The only person he knew kind of well enough to hang out with was... Marinette! He had met her as Chat Noir a few times and had always wanted to get to know her better... Marinette Dupain-Cheng was getting a little lonely. Her best friend kept getting landed with babysitting and working on her blog, leaving her with little to no time to spend with Marinette. Marinette was warm and kind, so most of the class loved her, but her only close friend was Alya. Except maybe Nino and... maybe Adrien? She didn't really know them that well, but she ended up hanging out with them often enough. As Ladybug, her closest friend was Chat Noir, but she wasn't about to abuse her miraculous powers just because she was lonely. Besides, she couldn't tell that cat she missed him, he'd take it the wrong way. With both of our heroes in need of some company, how will they solve their loneliness? ***Author's Note*** I don't own Miraculous Ladybug. There may be a few original characters in this, but most of the contents belong to Thomas Astruc and the other creators of Miraculous Ladybug. This is a fanfiction. However, it is not a sin book. This is going to be mostly fluff. If you're thinking this is an action-packed book with a lot of inappropriate behaviors *spoiler alert* it's not. This is mostly a cheesy and romantic - hopefully heartwarming - fanfiction. Basically I got tired of waiting for all my favorite Miraculous Ladybug fanfictions to update and decided to be proactive and make my own.

Ladybug decides at last to pass the miraculous box to her kitty who runs away to London after that. Years later, and after howkmoth takes a rest for some time, the kitty meets his love bug again and the story gets even more complicated with Felix's appearance? What about Luka's mission in protecting Marinette? What about Chloe's plans for her? Who is the new howkmoth? Does fate has anything to do with all this? Is it all a coincidence? When Adrien finds the cave underneath the mansion, discovering Monarch's identity isn't the worst shock he has that day-learning that he's not even human is. With his Lady's identity in danger and Lila putting her hands on the Peacock, Adrien must make a difficult choice and trust his cousin, of all people, to ensure his sacrifice isn't in vain. Left dealing with the consequences of such a choice, will Marinette resist the urge to forget the void in her heart he left behind? Will she use the Wish to bring him back? Or maybe there's a different solution?

Everything was perfect. For once, everything in Adrien's life was going well; his father was spending more time with him, he and his lady had found out each other's identities and were dating, and Hawkmoth had even receded on sending out any harmful akumas for the time being. With all of their biggest problems solved, you'd think that Marinette and Adrien's story would've ended there with a happy ending; saying that they ended up having three kids, Emma, Hugo, and Louis, and a pet hamster and dog, but no, their story wasn't over. In fact, their story was just beginning. I don't own the Miraculous Ladybug characters or many of the themes inside this story. This is simply a fanfiction that I thought of and wrote down. I am not trying to pretend to be anyone I'm not, nor am I trying to take credit for things I didn't make. This takes place after season 1, by the way!
