Mira leaned her head against the door. "I thought you loved me", she whispered, and turned the knob to her home. She stepped in, her feet carrying her numb body. Her feet carried her to the kitchen where she made herself a cup of tea, and shakily sat at the table. "Laxus....I loved you...I thought you felt the same", she whispered in agony, to absolutely no one. "I do, Mira. I love you. So I'm doing what's best for you. I'm letting you go", he whispered as he gazed through her window, his own tears staining the glass. And then he turned around and left, without Mira knowing he was ever there. It was for the best, he told himself. That night, Laxus Dreyar left town. That was six months ago. Durning those six months, Mira had turned into a sad, lonely, and depressed waitress at Fairy Tail.
