Miraluka Stories

For the first two decades of his life, Ren has endured the brutal training of a sith. He possesses enormous talent in the force, but unlike other sith he has never truly been consumed by the dark side. When Ren is cast out by his master, he embarks on a journey to understand who or what he is and he is. Along the way he finds unlikely allies and is pulled into a destiny surrounding one of the most notorious and powerful lords of the original sith race from thousands of years ago.

Run by young Miraluka padawan, Lilina Mirin, and her master, The Starlight Medical Centre was a place anyone could come for healing and healthcare, no matter their background, no matter their needs. A beacon of good in a Galaxy ravaged by war. The Empire brought prosperity to Lothal, at the cost of freedom. In the wake of the Empire's fall, The Republic's focus on the core worlds allowed Lothal to fall back into poverty. As the Republic, Imperial sympathisers and drug cartels vie for control, all they can do is stay true to the Jedi Code. In the ashes of what was once the Republic, The Galactic Empire reigns. Force Sensitive adults and children alike are scattered about the galaxy in hiding, doomed to join the Imperial armies or be cut down. Amidst the many in reclusion, a young woman descended from a near-extinct race of beings finds herself alone when her mother is dragged away by Imperial troops. After discovering clues left behind by her missing parent, Avala realizes what her mother's ultimate goal had been: discover the lost weapon of their ancestors, and overtake the Empire for themselves. Overwhelmed with the desire to seize power for herself, Avala tears through the clues, but finds herself empty-handed and directionless- until an accidental discovery grants her the faintest hope.

Aleckina is a young half-Miralukan girl with certain ties to a band of rebels from Lothal. She is taken into custody by Imperials for questioning and only the rebels can reach this broken girl. Star Wars Rebels is property of Lucas Films and Disney. I only own my character, Aleckina, her dialogue and history, and the part of the plot I made up. (Obviously)

Here's a little something I worked up for school. Had to write a myth, didn't know what to do. So I decided to write something about my favorite Star Wars species, the Miraluka. This is my first time writing in this style, so please, be nice... I probably won't ever touch it again. It was meant to just get by through the assignment but I kinda like it... I was thinking about changing the characters and actually going somewhere with it? That would be up to the fan response though. I've spent my spiritual life with my family in Mortis, My sister of the light, my brother of the dark, And father of the force. I was but a wondering pure soul, a spirit, wondering aimlessly, till I stumbled upon Mortis, and the siblings found me. They and father took me in as their own family member, a daughter, a sister. They've done so much for me, and taught me about the force and how to connect with it. Sure, brother and sister sometimes quarrel and argue to leave or remain in Mortis for the balance to stay in check. However, They always remain understanding and caring while I calm them, and have them see the many peaceful places through me. For I was one of the two chosen ones, as my family called me. The half of protection, love, and compassion. While my other half, the other chosen one, is called of courage, strength, and kinship. Or in other words. The Protector, And the Knight. However, We've been feeling the force's disturbing ruptures. We knew it was time for me to be born. But I know fate would one day reunite us. Little did I know it also brought me a good and endearing life as an adopted Miraluka girl of one of the Jedi masters. Along someday meeting my other half and grow together. Fighting side by side and saving others with my Skywalker. And swore an oath to keep him safe, and never fall completely to the dark side. and save the universe from evil. *Note; none of the pictures, Except my OC, But not her actor Jessica Alba, are mine.*
