Andrea Sachs, the very efficient, very beautiful and very lovable first assistant to Miranda Priestly, gets injured while saving someone from an accident. Miranda decides to care for the young woman and won't take a no for an answer. The Devil wears Prada and the original characters belong to Lauren Weisberger (except for a few OC's I'll introduce as the story progresses), I make no profit from this story and it is only written for fun.

Sandra Walker hates three things: losing sleep, holiday parties, and Vivian Hughes. The office's flawlessly perfect, infuriatingly composed overachiever who somehow manages to do everything and more, without messing up a hair on her head. So of course Sandra accidentally volunteers herself to plan the company's biggest event... right next to her. Now she's stuck in forced-proximity hell with a woman who could probably organize a royal wedding before breakfast while Sandra can barely organize her own emotions. Each meeting turns into a battle. Each accidental touch feels illegal. But the more they work together, the more Sandra notices the cracks behind Vivian's polished façade and the more Vivian seems determined to notice Sandra right back. Holiday lights, wine, office gossip, emotional damage, unresolved tension... this party might burn the whole building down before it even starts.
