Deep in the southern swamps, two clans make their homes among the roots and rushes. GladeClan, Sturdy and United, live in the wetlands; GroveClan, Nimble and Individual, live in the mangroves. When her curiosity takes them across their border, she's given a chance to join GladeClan. The newly-named Gatorpaw is thrilled to train as an apprentice, but there are real dangers lurking in the swamp.
