The Harringtons have wide smiles, square jaws, blond hair, and sun-kissed skin. All of them, except me. Note: This story is a We Were Liars fanfiction.

This will be a quick review of We Were Liars for those of you who have never read it. In the second Chapter I'll be writing a book discussion that can continue in the comments if people like. I just want to share my thoughts and opinions. Enjoy :) - Briarley

Every summer, Feylence Bentri returns to Beachwood Island-a place of salt air, sunburns, and memories that hurt more than they heal. After her mother's death, she clings to the only constant she has left: the Liars-Cadence, Mirren, Gat, and Johnny Sinclair. Feylence is bold. Big-mouthed. The girl who flirts just to feel something. On Beechwood Island, it is always summer. The Sinclair family owns the sand, the houses, and the legacy, but Lorelei Bistre has only ever borrowed it. By Summer Seventeen, Cadence is back-but nothing is right. The island is quieter. The air is heavier. And the Liars, who laugh and drink and walk the beach with her, are keeping a devastating secret. Cadence can't stop asking questions. Lorelei won't give her answers. Because the truth is this: They are all gone.
