This is a poem I entered for my school's Literary Fair 2015. "It's like she doesn't even matter. She stares into the mirror, studying her every reflection. The sadness in her expression, the emptiness in her eyes. The shallow feelings are the effect of everything."

Fairy tales are so often boxed into good and evil. Just for fun I'm trying on a new set, a little darker in some corners, but still hopefully keeping the heart of the characters themselves. What if princesses were serial killers and fairy god mothers were really evil? Hmmm

A small poem about symmetry and self-reflection; An internal struggle that someone who's changed immensely feels on their shoulders every second of the day.
