Y/N a middle schooler was playing a sport. During it, he almost loses. However, just before he could lose, his esper powers activated for the first time and he uses it to win. However because of reasons he now has to transfer to Academy City.

One bright sunny day, Mikoto Misaka and her cousin Shino Asada decided to meet their friends Kazuto and Asuna at a diner in Academy City. While there, they are attacked by a mysterious magician named Vento of The Front, who gives them a cryptic warning about something called Alicization.. moments after avoiding the attack.. Kirito is assaulted by a former member of Laughing Coffin who took part in the Death Gun incident. In a heated moment, Mikoto jumps in front of Kirito.. taking a needle full of drugs to the chest.. in a frantic attempt to save her, both Kazuto and Shino end up drugged as well.. and Asuna is left frantically calling paramedics as her 3 friends begin to slowly slip away.. A whole new world is then opened up.. a new virtual world.. known as the Underworld..

After Mikoto sacrificed herself to save everyone from Zant and his dark master Diablo. Her Fluctlight has been trapped in Zant's place of origin. The game Hyrule Online. Kirito swears to save her, and along with Yui and Midna, they dive into the game in search of her while the 7 Kings of Pure Color finally begin the debate of an alliance, all except for White Cosmos of course. Kirito finds Mikoto.. however, he finds that Mikoto has once more had her memories taken away.. and what is worse, she has been given false ones tricking her into believing that she has lived in HYO all her life as an AI.. Can Kirito bring back Mikoto's memory? Or will she be stuck in a false reality forever?

There are two types of beings; the Living and the Ghosts. Danny Fenton, A.K.A. superhero 'Danny Phantom' is just your average every day 15-year-old half-ghost hybrid. Whenever his high school goes on a field trip to Academy City, Japan, he meets some... interesting... people. Mikoto Misaka. Level 5 electrical powerhouse, she usually spends her days either in school or frying perverted thugs. The day whenever her friend forces her to help give Americans a tour of Academy City, she runs into everyone's favorite ghost kid after defeating a different spirit. The two bond over smoothies, and spend the rest of the day together.. until Mikoto gets taken to Ghost Prison for a crime she didn't commit; stealing from the Ghost Zone, the dimension most ghosts originate from. Now, Danny and his friends have to figure out a way to sneak into an upgraded maximum-security prison to rescue her.

She awakens.. naked.. afraid.. confused.. within a large transparent pod.. She feels cold.. shivering and wet as the cryogenic sleep wears off.. "K-Kirito?.... S-Sinon..? A-Asuna...? Touma!?" She calls out the names of her friends one by one.. hitting the inside of the pod with her fists. "Anybody!?" She then notices something strange around her neck.. small. not a collar.. as it goes around the back of her neck, not completely around.. using her reflection in the pod.. she reads the brand name.. "Neuro Linker.." She pushes open the door of the pod.. and falls into a desolate looking abandoned lab.. where is she? Or perhaps a more accurate question should be... WHEN is she?

After Eugeo's death, and the defeat of Quinella.. Mikoto has become broken in both body and spirit. Sinon in the meantime, is attempting to find a way to contact Haruyuki Arita in the future, who may hold the key to stopping the real world Viros Invasion.. Alice and Kirito in the meantime, fights to protect their broken childhood friend as Yuniko struggles to develop her power and become stronger out of a desire to truly protect her student. In the meantime, Asuna and Accelerator have both logged into the Underworld. Haruyuki in the future along with his friends, fervent to keep his promise to Mikoto, tries to figure out what happened to her and maybe find his friend from the past. The Underworld's story is slowly coming to a close.. and a new story is yet to begin.

in an area of Japan named academy city it is a place of science there lived 2 important people one was Touma Kamijou who was born with a unique ability named imagine breaker then there was Cloud Kenshin who was part of a certain organization he lives in academy city as a double agent how will both of their lives change when magic is involved. In this story you also start at Tokiwadai middle school. Where you meet 2 interesting persons and they're friends and the adventures you missed so much from the old days. An experiment which once again centers around the Railgun herself. Meanwhile, Accelerator and Touma Kamijou find themselves working with a man called Jellal. Their mission, to find the spies from Hydra Head who have supposedly infiltrated the games. But as they investigate further, they find themselves sinking deeper and deeper into a mud hole even a Wizard Saint can't crawl out of.

An alternate universe where Accelerator and Mikoto met each other again before New Testament. After the experiments, memories of their time together resurface and Accelerator chooses to protect Mikoto. As their time together increases, whose to say what could happen.

Meanwhile however, one of the Diablos, Diablo Ezra, is sent by Wrathas to "have some fun" with Fairy Tail. Taking an interest in the 7 Level 5s of Mikoto's era.. Ezra hatches one of the Dragons.. Doppel, the Dragon of Inner Darkness.. The resulting 7 dark followers of Ezra.. bear a striking resemblance, to some familiar faces.. Can Fairy Tail defeat the Dark Level 5s? Or will Mikoto succumb to the darkness in her heart?

Kaminari has been alone in her short year of life.. and none of that had been pleasant. Poked and prodded by scientists for as long as she could remember. She isn't even an original person! She is the 10,050 clone of Level 5 esper Mikoto Misaka alive. She was nothing but a copy..The actual last clone, the one nobody knew about, Kaminari ran off the minute she could. She chose her name a few weeks later. Wandering around, taking up the odd chore here and there for money, Kaminari was.. bored. Until she encounters a varuga- a post-human post-animal monster with a taste for human flesh. Once the monster was taken care of, a young boy by the name of Nai Muhinyi invited Kaminari to the Circus, a defense organization that handle crimes regular security cannot. Up for an adventure, she accepts. However, something is coming.. something big.. something the Earth has never seen before.. Karneval/Toaru Majutsu no Index

As Mikoto's friends try to adjust to this new world, Natsu finds himself meeting a man named Stiyl Magnus, a magician from an organization called Necessarius. Soon the Fairy Tail mages find themselves wrapped up in a new kind of magic with a strange little girl named Index at the center. Now, If Mikoto and her friends wish to survive the coming storm, they must battle a newly resurrected from the dead Grimoire Heart. The problem is.......Grimoire Heart aren't the only ones after Index.
