Y/N a middle schooler was playing a sport. During it, he almost loses. However, just before he could lose, his esper powers activated for the first time and he uses it to win. However because of reasons he now has to transfer to Academy City.

In a certain city, a group of friends die one by one due to one chain of events. They are thn reborn in a world filled with quirks in the bodies of Level 5 Espers where they now plan to change the entire storyline in order to ensure the world they are in deserves the peace they should have had in the first place.
