-Based upon the song 'Miserable at Best' by Mayday Parade. Katie Davidson and Derek Sanders were a beautiful couple. everything seemed to be going so well, especially with Derek's music career. After tour, Derek comes home to find a deal from Fearless Records asking for his band and him come to Ocalla, Florida, and live the dream they always wanted to. In that moment, Julia knew she was losing Derek, and Derek knew he had to this, and the price was losing the woman of his dreams, and living without her, and with his mistake.

Mikaela is a 19 year old college student studying to be a photographer while working a part time job at a local Hot Topic along with her best friend Chasity. What will happen when Mikaela gets to met her idol Austin Carlile? how will she deal with the fame, the stress, her dark past ? Her whole world is about to change.

Even A simple hello, can lead to more than just one scenario. Alora Casters, the girl with ambitions. She's all talk, no action. Given all due respect...she is the nerd anyways, right? Oh right, don't judge a book by its cover. Silly me. Well maybe you should have reminded that girl about it before she had to go and turn my world upside down. Better yet, you should have told her never to say hello to Clark Briars, because now I'm even too ashamed to admit that I hold that name as my title. A simple hello, became my worst nightmare.
