We love, we lose that love. Being in love is romanticized in every way; everyone has been in love at some point. But every love has its own heartbreak. This is for everyone who has loved and lost, for everyone who has struggled to let go. Sometimes the best medicine isn't denying those traitorous feelings-it's realizing that you're not alone in feeling them. Allow yourself to feel the pain. Allow yourself to succumb to the despair. Being placed into a foster home seems to have a happy ending in peoples thoughts. For me, I was taking away from my parents just to be placed into a home with a women who degraded my parents long before this happened. The twists and turns of events that took place will have you curious as to how some people get approved for placement and how social workers may have a job but that doesn't always mean they care for their employment or the children involved.
