This story contains romance, crushes, teen problems, family issues, father issues, a little bit/implied "hurting" from parent, so I guess a little angst, bl, mlm, transitioning, and a little swearing, but not intense. hope you enjoy, the first chapter/page will just be characters and stuff!

There's no level of pain where someone's got it worse than you, pain is felt on different levels by different people. We could both smash our toes the same way and my reaction could be by crying and breaking down while yours is by hissing and putting pressure on it. Like John Green said, 'Pain demands to be felt.' Styx Shore has a lot going on right now. And when a boy who goes by the name of Caden swoops in to save her, like a charming prince in shining armor, will this be the bud of a growing friendship? Or something more?
