Hi! I'm Sapphire, AKA AesthetixTurtle or Aesthetically. In this story/diary, I will be writing all of the times I have had to deal with Misophonia. Before you start reading this story, I suggest you look up what Misophonia is so you understand it a bit more. People with Misophonia, if you're reading this, I bet you really know how annoying Misophonia is. Also, I might put in some 'cures' to Misophonia, so stay tuned for that!

This will inform you about the mental disorder Misophonia, sometimes known as 4S. This will not only inform you about the disorder, but it will also give you a personal account of how difficult life can be when you have this. If you have Misophonia or if you live with someone who has this mental disorder, this will hopefully make you understand a bit better. It will also include personal tips I have used to cope with everything. I know this isn't the type of thing I usually write, but I am making this to help spread awareness and information about a serious, rare mental disorder. The more people know about this, the more funding scientist will get, and hopefully, a cure will be found one day.

So I wrote a poem about my real life experiences dealing with Misophonia! Misophonia is basicall strong dislike or hatred of certain sounds. For example chewing, snapping gum, dripping of water, repetitive noises such as pencil tapping, etc. I just randomly wrote this poem with no intentions, however I hope that I can spread awareness about Misophonia as much as I can through it! I ll just request you all that if someone approaches you by saying that they have Misophonia and ask you to stop making certain noises then it'll be really helpful if you listen to them and help them out! That's it! That's all I want to achieve through this poem! Hope you like it! Also this poem was written unexpectedly so if there are any mistakes, I apologize! Thank you!

You know all the stories about deaf people... well this isn't one of them. This is a story about me, well not me but you get the point right? No. Well let me explain, this book is basically a spin-off of my life, same people different names but all in all the same story, just told from a different perspective. This is about a girl named Raven... a girl that heard so much she wished she was deaf.

8. 8 mothers. 8 fathers. 8 babies. 8 tragedies. 8 doctors. 8 diagnoses. 8 lives that had been planned out since day 1. But, they didn't know that. 8 teenagers that were scared, struggling and alone. Until they find each other. Their entire lives they have been in danger, in danger of being hurt by others, in danger of them hurting themselves...but, now they have finally found there own safe place. In each other. But, will that be enough to protect them from whats about to come?
