She is the girl that I want to be, She's the one who made me see. If Carolina wasn't so far away I would pack up my things and leave, Carolina is the home of me. Every night I look up at the tree wishing you were one of the leaves, Oneday you'll see we are ment to be. If home wasn't so far away, I would pack up my belongings leaving to see you. I grab my book wishing I didn't have to stay, why do the mountains have to be so blue. Carolina, Carolina I want to cry asking why, I wish I could spread my wings and fly. Carolina, Carolina Carolina your so far away, Carolina I will see you again someday.
