Ever since Jacob and the kids that lived with Miss Peregrine reset the time loops, peculiars live hidden among humans. When Izzy--a 13 year old peculiar--goes skydiving with her friends, her parachute doesn't work, and she starts free falling. On instinct, she spreads the dark hawk wings on her back to save herself. When she lands, now her friends know that she is peculiar, so she runs to find an Ymbryne to take her in. But what if, because all the time loops were reset, they have all passed? Who should Izzy run to then?
