A 'fated' encounter, where our main character receives a forgotten wish from his child self on the form of a young dying patient, and perhaps finds a hint of what he had lost along the way to adulthood. Tragedies are inevitable things. One may or may not know that he or she would be part of a catastrophe. Some may have premonitions or hunches of what is coming. Either way, no one could be saved. This is a story of a family, torn by a catastrophe. But fate led two half sisters to meet and to be the last family the each other has.

"Dear Edmarie, I now this makes me look like a coward. And its selfish of me to do this. But I couldn't bring myself to say this to you in person.." On a hospital bed with only an old Asus netbook and Samsung flip phone for entertainment, all that is left is to say goodbye. This is a story about a woman named Geraldine, and it begins at the tragic end - with her dying. It might seem strange to start a story with an ending, but she grew to realise that all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time.

A boy and a girl enjoy a summer together. One contemplates life before going away to another country. One contemplates life after being a loner and have trouble at the university. One Mitch Albom book make them meet, and contemplate relationships. Contemplating him and her.

Laurel Williams is dead. She died and went to heaven, but while there she discovers that before your soul is at peace, there are people she needs to meet. People who altered her life in dramatic ways. Short story for school. Based off of the book "The five people you meet in heaven" by Mitch Albom. I know the cover sucks...but deal with it!
