what if i told you none of it was accidental? --- modern family 1x01 - 5x22 book 1/2 --- OC x OC --- Monroe Pritchett seemed to have one thing going right in her life. The fact that she was seemingly the only 'normal' one in her family. Her father was emotionally distant, her sister was a stressed woman who never had time for herself, and her brother was a control freak who was easily embarrassed. That made Monroe feel proud of herself, she had no obvious quirks, and was considered normal by society's standards - she had a happy life, not only was she an elementary school teacher, she was happily married to a police officer and had a son. And she was content, she wasn't as 'crazy' as the rest of her family. And to Monroe that's all that mattered. Until she found her husband in bed with his co worker and her life flipped upside down. Overnight she became a mix of all of her family, emotionally distant and a stressed control freak So when Monroe finally gets some free time to herself with her son starting middle school, she begins to try and regain the person she once was - something that Monroe found increasingly difficult once she was introduced to her sons science teacher. ---

Mariela, Marie for short, is the twin sister of Manny Delgado and the daughter of Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, her biological father isn't really worth mentioning. She's dramatic, occasionally smart, blunt, clumsy but yet graceful, and a girl that could take anyone's breath away. She has a plan for her life and where it's gonna go, and although her goals may seem frivolous or impossible, she has a drive that doesn't let her quit. Watch Marie's story unfold here

A Pride and Prejudice AU because why not? P&P is one of my favorite stories and I think it suits Cam and Mitch perfectly. Hope you like it. This P&P AU is part of a series called Invisible String which consists of 3 AUs set in the olden days. The 3 AUs are meant to follow chronological storytelling, but they can also be read as stand-alone stories. However, the first part of this P&P story will only make sense when you read the third AU which is still in the works, the same with the second AU. This possibly will take a long time as I intend to work first on a separate and unrelated AU for them. Good things come to those who wait, right? I am trying my best to find the motivation to write all my ideas.
