What they don't know is that this Glitch tech is a pro RPG and survival gamer called " The Mayham " who was joined the Glitch techs at age 14. What they also don't know that She became half glitch due to a incident that happened during one of her patrols when she was first starting as a glitch tech which she kept a secret and it caused her to not be able to reset.
