Holders are powerful beings created by God to help protect this world. Every 1,000 years a holder will become "retired" and live the life of a normal human while a new holder takes their place. In the beginning there were only Time and Space holders, but by falling in love when they are supposed to be rivals they accidentally created Wind, Water, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Earth, Life, and Death.
