1578, in the time of the Sengoku Period, twelve warlords battle each other across Japan to shape the country in an image of unity and prosper. All is as it should be. The Goddess of Death, Shi, had overrun both heaven and earth with the undead, slaughtering the living mercilessly. As a result, the balance between life and death became threatened. Because of the tipping scales, the Goddess of Life, Irey, had gone missing, leaving the other Goddesses helpless to defend against their rogue sister. But upon her disappearance, it is revealed that the fallen star is known as the missing Irey. Depleted in her godly strength against the efforts of her twin, she finds that she is in need of some help from twelve different warlords, who all agree to help her under the influence... Of love.
