Most people were against the people with special powers, so everyone with powers were forced to keep their powers a secret. They believed that they were there just to hurt people when in reality, they just wanted to live normal lives just like everyone else. There were evil people with powers, but they would quickly be locked up, no exception made. The people with powers had to be sent to another school to learn how to control their powers during the weekends and most of their breaks up until the age of 18. As much as most of them hated not being able to do normal kid or teenage things they didn't have a choice in the matter, if you didn't learn how to control your powers they would just have to lock you up because you're a danger to those around you. Miyano Yoshikazu, goes to a new cafe the opened up in town recently - Sasaki Cafe - and meets one of the waiters there, Sasaki Shuumei, the son of the owner. Both of them fall in love at first sight, wanting to get to know the other better, and hopefully go further.
