This is my fan-made sequel to the famous book and movie "Howl's Moving Castle." I wrote this long ago in high school in my Lit class. This sequel ties into the movie but also has some elements/characters/events from the original book. Hope you like it. Happy reading! After the events Howl and Sophie had together, Sophie decides to move in with Howl. All is peaceful, until Howl displays some painful side effects in his heart. Once again, Sophie must save Howl from a life-and-death situation before time runs out. Will she save him in time? And what special request does Howl have for Sophie in the end?

Twenty-five years have passed since Chihro's visit at the spirit world. She is now 35, is married, and has a daughter of her own named Hisako. Yes, from all the stories you have heard,Chihiro and Haku have always found a way to get together after the long years of waiting on that one empty promise. But unfortunately twenty-five years is quite a long time, and though Chihiro's love for Haku never faded, she had to move on for herself after she felt the empty promise was broken. Ever since Hisako was born, Chihiro tried to keep the spirit world a secret from her family...but 10 year old Hisako started having visions of this mysterious world. One day she allows her visions to show her the way into the spirit world. Will she be able to leave the spirit world once she enters?

As far as she knows, nineteen year old Chihiro Ogino has always lead a perfectly boring life. The most exciting thing that ever happened to her was getting accepted into college in the United States, away from her native Japan, but even that is just going to college like every other modern youngster. After being invited by a fellow Japan native, Kiki, on a whim to a Miyazaki film night, Chi meets another kindred soul, Mei Kusakabe. When the movie is over, the three feel a connection to each other, but can't put their finger on exactly why. They decide to walk home together and come across an off-the-wall old woman with a mysterious message. Soon, they find themselves caught in a world that feels as familiar as it does foreign. There they discover magic, mystery, adventure, friendship, and ultimately, their truths. A combo of Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, and My Neighbor Totoro.

Chihiro is now eighteen and living by herself, and even after 6 years she can't let go of the Spirit Realm. It doesn't help that a boy at her College reminds her eerily of Haku. Will she ever be able to find her way back?
