More than a decade after Kaori Miyazono's passing, pianist Kousei Arima comes back home to Japan after making a name for himself in Europe and visits a particular pastry shop. What surprise awaits him there? (This is just a fanfiction inspired by the anime/manga Your Lie In April. I do not own the characters and anything that may be attributed to it ).

Arima Kousei fell in love with a blond violinist who brought light to his life, Miyazono Kaori. Kousei was grateful to meet her, to love her even without her knowledge. But when she died, Kousei would sometimes hesitated. Sometimes he would think, what if she knows about his feelings? All of his life, Kousei Arima was a boy that was just about automatic as you could get when playing the piano. Then, one day, a free-spirited violinist comes into her life...... ....but then, Kousei finds out his fate may be in jeopardy. What will become of Kaori? Tsubaki? Watari? And most importantly, Kousei's rivals? It was at that time that she finally decided to give her son to his father who could raise him better than her. As his parents, they knew that their son would understand her decision in the near future. Years later, Kousei finds out that his father had been dating a new woman that angered and hurt him terribly and had put his relationship with his father to the test. How he acted around her surprises his father, friends, supporters and relatives. Most especially, the wide circle of entertainment that had gripped him in a very young age. Will Kousei be able to accept her mother's reasons why she gave him to his father? Will he be able to accept his father's girlfriend?

(Set at the last part of the anime.) Arima Kousei collapsed after his performance in East Japan Piano Competition. Upon the time he woke up, he discovered that he was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease. On the other hand, Miyazono Kaori had survived and was already recovering from cancer. How will those around Kousei react when they learn of his sickness? How will Kousei react on his sickness? ... This is a medical drama and a slight music-themed too. I hope you like it! An AU where Kaori's surgery becomes a success and she lives. - Maybe she didn't have to go. Maybe the ending they deserved did happen. This is a fan fiction where Miyazono Kaori surprisingly passed her surgery. She then met up with her friends again and told them that she and Kousei would perform at the Harmonically Music Recital in Europe. DISCLAIMER: All events and characters are fictional. Cover image is not mine.

Kousei was able to move on after kaori's death. He was able to live happily and with no regrets. No, he had one last regret. At his last moments he made a wish. His wish came true but what will change? Original name is Kousei's lie in April I changed it to use the name for another story I'm working on.
