Kousei was able to move on after kaori's death. He was able to live happily and with no regrets. No, he had one last regret. At his last moments he made a wish. His wish came true but what will change? Original name is Kousei's lie in April I changed it to use the name for another story I'm working on.

An AU where Kaori's surgery becomes a success and she lives. - Maybe she didn't have to go. Maybe the ending they deserved did happen. And although the letter Kousei was meant to have read once she was gone was private, he still found his way to read it even after her life was saved. This is a fan fiction where Miyazono Kaori surprisingly passed her surgery. She then met up with her friends again and told them that she and Kousei would perform at the Harmonically Music Recital in Europe. DISCLAIMER: All events and characters are fictional. Cover image is not mine.
