It's Miyuki Kazuya's birthday, Sawamura Eijun doesn't know what to give for his senpai, Everyone else already wrap their gift but here he are still thinking as to what to give him, how about..... Confession, Coming Out and Secret Hidden Talents? Sounds like a good gift right, Yes Sawamura Eijun like him Did I mention that Miyuki would introduce his girlfriend at his own birthday?

An Amnesia-AU where Sawamura Eijun gets struck in the head with a baseball during a match and is immediately hospitalized. After making a partial recovery and being diagnosed with emotional association and contextual amnesia he's discharged and sent back to Seido to attempt to rebuild all of his forgotten friendships, except one; cause Miyuki Kazuya is the only one he remenbers-, to a degree.
