Though she and Midnight are not related by blood it almost is like they are Midnight has had Mizuko since she was 12 sense she saw her on her own while on patrol Mizuko says she is grown up and 16 to act tough but deep down when no one is around she goes to hang out with Midnight for Mother Daughter Time.
