Y/N was living his life on earth, but then, in like any Isekai story, he died, and right when he was on the verge of death. A being from beyond asked for his help on a secret mission to retrieve 49 special items that scattered all across another world and, like anyone, would do Y/N, who accepted it but without knowing he was gonna turn into a freaking Pony.
