When Callans father is murdered in front of his eyes and he runs away to the city to find answers, he never expects to meet the fierce and sarcastic Echo. A girl with as many secrets as his own. As they become closer, she reveals her biggest, her strange powers, and tells him about the people that hunt her for them. Callan is forced to recall the fateful night his old life ended, and his new one began. As he comes to terms with it, he realizes he was drawn to Echo because of the power they share. And that perhaps some legends can become reality. Callan and Echo must help each other master their power and find where it came from, before the people hunting them find them first.
