Hey. . . I'm - X
this is my story abt :
'that time when I thought I had DID'
// IMPORTANT STUFF YOU SHOULD KNOW //
· I am not diagnosed with DID / MPD.
( but I do think in my current state of mental health, that I might actually have this. Im considering getting another psychiatrist to deal this with, but my mother literary sabotages all my attempts to get help)
· Am I self diagnosing?
( no, but kinda yes. )
( im sure that there's something wrong with me,
heavily including my trauma / traumatic events.
But I wouldn't dare to self diagnose DID.
But so far, I use this label (DID) since I know nothing better how to shortly explain my situation )
· NO JUDGEMENTAL / MEAN COMMENTS
This book is supposed to be my safe space.
I'll be writing down my process and steps.
it's not supposed to give you a tutorial, it's just so you know you're not alone, there are people struggling too, and there's a way out <3
