In this AU Sakura Haruno the strong fierce woman in Team 7 has lost all her memories due to an ambush on a recent mission,when she wakes up or realizes where she is orichamaru (One of the legendary sannin) manipulates/ takes advantage of Sakuras amnesia into believing that the hidden leaf were trying to hurt her; in other words,"finishing the job." Leading to Orichamaru faking her death and taking her in making everyone believe the pink haired girl they all once knew and loved died by an ambush.
