Rami is a quiet boy, born into a world that does not know how to whisper. He cannot say when the heaviness first began. Perhaps it was when his name, soft and sacred, was miscalled again-not out of malice, but indifference. Perhaps it was the cold meal left untouched, or the silent boy weeping behind a door that would not close, or the small tear in his sock and that finally made everything collapse. This isn't a story about big events. No one dies. No one falls in love. It's about one single day. A day where nothing really happens but he feels everything. It is not a tale of surrender. It is the quiet, unwavering story of one who remains.

Aurora and Jackson meet in 9th grade and bond over their love of the ever famous Romeo and Juliet. Their friendship is tested when they decide to join the R&J Club. Upon initiation they're asked how they interpret the story: a beautiful love filled tragedy or a tale about lust and the dangers of radical emotions. Aurora says lust. Jackson says love. The feud pulls the new members away from one another and suddenly communicating anywhere within 100 miles of the school is dangerous territory. If anyone catches them together they'll be kicked from the club and both sides will do everything in their power to tarnish their reputations. They just met one another. Being apart shouldn't be a problem. Friends come and go but they're freshman and going to be here for the next four years. Surely they can lose one friend to miss out on being disowned by a crazed fan fiction club. And yet they still catch eyes in the halls and hold it a bit too long. They still purposely bump into each during class. And although they didn't share a kiss when they first met, neither one can stop thinking that wouldn't have been too bad.

"Some silences aren't empty. They're waiting." In a world of whispered traditions and quiet power, Rivaayat tells the story of a woman born into legacy and a man untouched by it. She didn't dance to impress. She grooved to exist. In a school auditorium pulsing with music and laughter, a girl moved like poetry in motion. Her elegance was effortless, her rhythm magnetic. She wore her uniform like grace stitched into fabric, and when she danced, the world didn't cheer-it paused. This is a story about presence. About the kind of beauty that doesn't shout-it whispers and lingers. Through foggy winter evenings, glowing streetlights, and van rides filled with laughter, she left behind more than memories. She became a feeling. A soul watched without eyes. A heart listened without sound. If you've ever witnessed someone so in tune with the moment that it changed you-this story will speak to you. She grooved. And the world watched quietly. 🔹 A poetic tribute to grace, rhythm, and the quiet power of being unforgettable

Ruhani: A Soul Learning to Breathe Book One of Untill We Couldn't Series She was never the storm. She was the silence after - the kind that buried you. Ruhani Mirza has always been invisible in the places she called home. Blamed, belittled, and broken in the corners of her own house, she survives by clinging to things no one notices - her poetry journal, her nani's voice in her head, and the sound of cassette tapes that still speak louder than her family. At twenty, life offers her a way out - a job in another city, a train ticket she hides beneath her pillow, and a chance to breathe away from the ones who taught her she wasn't enough. But before freedom can begin, the past demands to be grieved. From friendships that turned to betrayals, to a love that was never hers to keep, Ruhani must confront the ghosts of who she was... to find the girl who still dreams. A tender coming-of-age tale about survival, softness, and slow rebellion, Ruhani: A Soul Learning to Breathe is a heartbreakingly intimate look into what it means to be broken - and still choose to begin.

Wuthering Heights Reimagined: Blackthorn Estate ......The storm bowed before Blackthorn Estate. Lightning split the sky, revealing its jagged silhouette against the city. Elara Vale stepped through the iron gates, and the wind curled around her ankles like a living thing, whispering secrets she had once refused to hear. She has returned. Seven years ago, she had fled barefoot and bleeding from these walls. Love had clawed at her chest, consuming her, suffocating her, and she had sworn never to return. Not to Lucien. Not to the Estate. Not to the curse braided through the Blackthorn bloodline. Yet here she was. The doors opened without touch, and Lucien Blackthorn waited at the top of the grand staircase. He was framed in candlelight and lightning, his eyes storm-dark and unyielding. Recognition, not surprise, glimmered in his gaze. "Elara," he said. She whispered, "You summoned me." "No," he murmured, descending slowly, predator-like. "You were called home. The Estate never forgets who belongs to it." Her pulse betrayed her. "You've changed." "Only to match you," he said. Memories clawed through her mind: the moors behind the Estate where they ran barefoot as children, fingers brushing, laughter turning to whispered confessions. The nights in the hidden library, where his hands had once trembled against hers. The fire they had set together in the courtyard, laughing as the smoke rose toward the storm-heavy sky. The Estate seemed to remember, shivering with anticipation. "I warned you," she said, trying to keep her voice steady. "This place... it will consume you." He stepped closer. "Then let it. I have waited for you for years. Every moment you were gone, the Estate and I have only grown hungrier." Her breath caught. "We can't survive this." "We won't," he admitted. "But we will burn together."

A man who feels like fate. A love that sounds like care. A story never questioned. This is not a romance. It's the moment before a woman disappears into one. This is my entry for the „Wuthering Heights" Reimagined Contest. Gentle readers welcome - honest critique even more. If something here feels familiar, that's not an accident ;)

A short story told in three parts. It's about a quiet realization. The kind that doesn't arrive loudly, but changes everything once it settles. Some endings don't hurt. Some feel like freedom. Most are just numb.
