This non-toxic (un)romantic short story is different from typical fairytale-stories. Some main plot elements are inspired by the original Cinderella story. But I try to avoid the unrealistic run-of-the-mill cliché-scenes of typical romantic movies. My goal is to describe the characters in a realistic way. The main character Lucas attends the last year of high school. At their graduation ball something unexpected happens that gives his life a new turn.
