Rowdy and foul-mouthed Noah Turner is hired and lives by the ideals of work smarter not harder often clashing with the perfectionism of Cartier. Sparks fly, but mistakes are made, and fights ensue when these two come to a head. This opposites attract reverse age gap romance will be a fun and easy read due some time in August!

My entry for the modern love contest- a depiction of familial love

A girl going through a break up decides to finally let go of would could have been. While moving on and moving out, she finds an old tape player and two cassettes belonging to her past relationship. While preparing to listen, she braces herself for the journey she is about to take.

An essay of what I think love is and what it has taught me

Davina Stallard, an orphan young lady who was found by the Avengers during the events of Ultron, tries to make sense of where she belonged in the world. Taken as a little girl for HYDRA to experiment on, HYDRA had given her, what the Avengers call a "gift", but Davina calls it her "curse of a lifetime." Davina held the controlling side of the water and fire element. Alone and lost in the world, so she thought, Steve Rogers held a certain affection for Davina. As trouble lured around the corner with the government, Davina has to make a choice between the Avengers. Will she stand by the Avengers and fight back, side to side with Steve Rogers? Or, will she sign the accord with Tony Stark and betray everything she once stood for? Or will she ignore the problems with the government and explore her inner darkness, rather than finding a way to control it?
