Note: This was written before season 2 of The Mandalorian came out. I wanted to throw together some characters from different Star Wars series and see how they'd interact. Turns out, a couple of them did end up meeting. In this story, they get to go on a whole adventure. They learn some things about each other and about themselves along the way, which is often painful, but could create bonds of trust if that's what they choose. Getting into these characters' heads and exploring the Force and the galaxy far far away have been an amazing ride. I finished this story on May the 4th, 2020. Then later, my friends urged me to polish it up and put it out there. So here it is for anyone who would enjoy it! It's not meant to replace anything that's going on in the show (which has been amazing so far, by the way). It's just an exploration and speculation on these characters and their universe. This is a fanfiction. The universe, most of the characters, and most of the locales belong to Star Wars. If you search a character or planet on Wookieepedia and it comes up with nothing, chances are I made them up (because I checked, too, before I gave them names). However, they were sometimes partly inspired by existing characters or planets in Star Wars. My use of the mando'a language was inspired by its use in Karen Traviss's Republic Commando novels (which I highly recommend if you want to learn some things about Mandalorian culture . . . And they're good stories.)

Stay hidden from the imps and work as an underpaid dishwasher until you hairs turn grey? Or leave with the Mandalorian? Leave with the Mandalorian it is... And hope that he doesn't kill you. Unbeknownst to them, the base is controlled by an unexpected enemy who is continuing the cloning operation done by Moff Gideon in an attempt to overthrow the New Republic. Fearing that Moff Gideon's death would jeopardize his plans for galactic conquest, this mysterious adversary has tasked Elia Kane and members of the Centrist Party within the New Republic senate to report any valuable information that he could use to his advantage.
