The game is over and won, but not without casualties. Dave Strider is one of the few left surviving. Now, twelve years later, he has still not gotten over the deaths of his half sister, Rose, best bro, John, his very close friend, Jade, his patron troll, Terezi, and his bro, Dirk. ( And, not to mention his *actual* Bro who 'raised' him.) He still misses them all, but he can no longer see them, as the dream bubbles are unavailable in the new universe unless you're dead.
