Yes Man considers her a best friend, but Victory, although kind and quite pleasant to be with, is mysterious. What was her relationship with House like? Why does she gaze so longingly at the desert? How come she helps Yes Man? Most of all, what are the next steps to having a better future for the Mojave now since the NCR and Ceasar are gone?
