She is bought by the diamond merchant, who is very respected by the people. This story is set in Rajkot.

Molkki is a pratha, an Indian tradition that involves marrying off poor girls to a wealthy man in exchange for money. This pratha mostly takes place in Haryana and parts of Rajasthan. Here in this story, a girl named Purvi is sold off and married to the Mukhi of Rewari named Virendra Pratap Singh who is a widower, father of two and still in love with his dead wife. She is determined to remove this 'Molkki' tag off her and decides to fight for her rights as well as fulfil her responsibilities. Tune in to find out how how love happens and how these two strangers become soulmates!

So, this story is based on purvir as usual but in this stroy Purvi is not a molkki ok she is graduated and doing job.she is struggled a lot in her life and she lil hate love now coming to vps sakshi left him and now he thinks he didn't love anyone now he afraid that if I'll fall again with someone she also left him like sakshi!! now.. both the souls has different mind setups how they become purvir.? I'm not perfect in writing story, but still I will try my best. This is set during the college track, when Karan tricks Vir into believing that Purvi loves him. During the fiasco that was Purvi's birthday, Vir slaps Purvi and questions her character in before everyone. I feel the show did not handle the track well, hence this SS. These Molkki's has to face humiliation,disrespect, sometimes they are molested too... Molkki and Dowry both are illegal according to the Laws in India but they happen in some part of the nation. MOLKKI serial revolves around the story of a Molkki- PurviVirendraPratapSingh. She is the Molkki of VirendraPratapSingh-Mukhi-Head of Rewari village in Hariyana. This marriage-Molkki happened against the wish of Purvi and Virendra but there life proceeded they developed a sweet bond,had fallen in love with each other and became PurVir❤️-an eternal Jod-bond. Life took a major turn and Purvi's dreams of happy married with Mukhiji life got shattered. Battling with these odd situations they reached to the point where everything was seeming to be perfect and happy. And there comes an another twist in PurVir's life and they are dealing with it's effect till date. PurVir's life is none less than a roller-coaster ride rather everyone's life is like that. But the situation PurVir dealing right now is more tougher than earlier one. Now Purvi has forgotten her past due to some accident. She has forgotten her family,her Love and all her past life. Daksh,who had saved her life, Purvi is living with his family in Delhi and has got a new name-Dhwani. Mukhiji met Daksh for some business and thus met his love-his Bawari. Till date he was thinking Purvi is dead. Now she is alive but forgotten him feels like worst nightmare to him. Mukhiji is on the journey to get Purvi's memory back as soon as possible. Let's see what happens next.
